Founder of CTI Consulting, Christophe has worn many hats throughout his career, from IT to management, including Smart City Management. He started in the healthcare sector, then expanded his experience in public enterprises and a private consulting firm before founding CTI Consulting.

His goal: “To contribute to making digital innovation a lever for societal development.”

Jean-Marc Wouters

Administrative Manager

With many years of experience in managing SMEs, Jean-Marc provides administrative support at CTI Consulting, allowing the rest of the team to focus on what matters most: quickly addressing their clients’ most complex needs.

His goal: “To ensure a solid administrative foundation and address the questions of CTI Consulting’s clients, enabling everyone to work with peace of mind.”

Denis Antoine

Legal & Compliance Team Lead

With several years of experience in supporting legal and regulatory compliance, Denis coordinates the Compliance team’s activities to ensure an efficient and high-quality service for our clients.

His goal: “To contribute to the strengthening of human rights and enable organizations to fulfill their mission in accordance with the applicable legal frameworks.”

Elisa holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Liège and a Master’s in ICT Law from the University of Namur.

 As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), she helps organizations of all types ensure that their processing of personal data complies with GDPR and respects human rights.

Chloé Demoulin

Consultant - Team Compliance

During her Master’s in Law with a focus on Economic and Social Law at the University of Liège, Cholé developed a keen interest in the intersection of digital technology and law. 

She studied GDPR and explored the legal challenges of AI in her thesis.

 As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), she is part of the Compliance team and assists various organizations in processing personal data in accordance with current regulations.

Senior Consultant

Educated at the Polytechnic School of ULB, Vincent has been contributing to organizational transformation for over 25 years. 

Specializing in driving digital transitions to enhance business efficiency, he has worked as both a consultant and CIO, gaining expertise across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Vincent now supports companies in both digital and ecological transitions, aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

His goal: “To prepare organizations for the eco-responsible world of tomorrow and secure their prosperity in the service of employees and stakeholders, ultimately serving global citizens.”

Edwin holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Liège and an LL.M in European and International Business Law from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. 

As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), he helps organizations of all types comply with European regulations.
